Our growing hospitality software consulting organization is looking for a Team Lead of Application Consultants for our North America consulting practice. This role is a supervisory role, representing Infor's commitment to training and product support while collaborating with professional services and support personnel to ensure a quality product and service delivery. A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor's hospitality property management software application and possibly other hospitality products. Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation. Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live. Provide feedback to customer and Infor on training participants' progress. Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor. Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification. Monitor your team members' utilization. Mentor/Coach your team. Basic Qualifications: Supervisory or managerial experience with up to 10 team members. Experience with delivering presentations, both internal and external. Experience in hotel management. Experience including housekeeping, accounting, revenue management and/or operations. Experience with PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications. Must hold or obtain a valid U.S. passport for potential international travel. Ability to travel, as required. Preferred Qualifications: Software application training experience. Resort and gaming operations experience. Experience with Windows OS, and Microsoft SQL. Bilingual in English/Spanish/French.
