This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Electrolux is seeking a motivated and strategic National Account Manager to lead and grow our Pro business segment within the Sales division. This role is critical in driving revenue, expanding our footprint, and building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage national Pro accounts by building strong, consultative relationships and delivering tailored appliance solutions

  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and introduction of Electrolux products to new markets and segments

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting in-market engagement efforts such as trade shows, events, and customer visits

  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product positioning

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, supply chain, and customer service to support Pro channel success

  • Train and educate customers and partners on product knowledge, installation, and technical support through demos, events, and materials

  • Lead negotiations and contract execution with national accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely follow-up on quotes and sales leads

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in national account or Pro channel sales, ideally in appliances or home improvement

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; able to travel nationally (25 - 50%)
