What You'll Do
- Transform architectural and structural drawings into precise, buildable formwork designs using AutoCAD 3D.
- Create CNC-ready files that bring complex concrete shapes to life.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and programming teams to ensure seamless execution from design to delivery.
- Optimize designs for material efficiency and structural integrity.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and provide expert support throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in formwork design, construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
