We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Design Specialist to join our innovative team. If you thrive on solving complex challenges, enjoy working with cutting-edge CNC technology, and want to see your designs come to life on major construction projects, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Transform architectural and structural drawings into precise, buildable formwork designs using AutoCAD 3D.
  • Create CNC-ready files that bring complex concrete shapes to life.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and programming teams to ensure seamless execution from design to delivery.
  • Optimize designs for material efficiency and structural integrity.
  • Troubleshoot design challenges and provide expert support throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in formwork design, construction, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
