This position is responsible for unlocking the value of our Library, Resource andTechnology/facilities suite of products through data analysis that directly supports DestinyAI - our intelligent,AI-powered assistant for educators, librarians, and administrators.

Responsibilities



  • AI-Driven Data Exploration: Analyze Destiny product usage and schema to determine what
    information is most valuable and relevant for AI-based interactions with users.

    * Inference Mapping: Collaborate with the AI and Product teams to identify the types of natural
    language questions customers are likely to ask and map them to underlying data models and entities.

    * Data Readiness for AI: Audit, cleanse, and transform product data to ensure it is suitable for
    structured querying, embedding, and LLM prompt integration.

    * Product & User Behavior Analysis: Explore how customers use Destiny Library Manager and
    Resource Manager to derive behavioral patterns, trends, and feature gaps that can inform AI
    development.

    * Query and Ontology Design Support: Assist in defining semantic relationships and join paths
    between data entities for LLM prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

    * Dashboarding & Communication: Build clear, intuitive dashboards and documentation for internal
    teams that illustrate how product data supports real-world customer questions and scenarios.

    * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with AI engineers, product managers, and customer success teams
    to align insights with business needs and AI product strategy.


Qualifications



  • This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is fluent in both the language of product
    development and data analytics. You will help identify and structure data that can power natural language
    interactions with DestinyAI, ensuring our AI assistant can reliably respond to customer questions with accurate,
    actionable, and context-aware insights.

  • 3-6 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product management, Data Analytics, or
    related technical fields.

    * Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data analysis languages such as Python.

    * Familiarity with product data structures in enterprise SaaS systems; knowledge of Destiny Library
    Manager or Resource Manager is a strong plus.

    * Experience with product instrumentation, telemetry, and analytics platforms.

    * Exposure to AI/ML systems, especially those involving chatbots, LLMs, or NLP, is a plus.

    * Ability to translate unstructured business questions into structured data investigations and model

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
