Overview The Senior Global Agent Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for onboarding mergers and acquisitions, analyzing agent activity, collaborating across departments, and providing internal support to ensure efficient operations and growth opportunities. The Senior Global Agent Manager will additionally be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and challenging the team in order to build a high-functioning, successful team. Responsibilities
Extract and analyze agent activity to generate reports for management. This includes transferring existing business from agents to new AIT facilities, collaborating with Global Compliance to update IATA with airlines, identifying key synergies, and conducting cost analysis around the global network. Additionally, run monthly analytics on global updates concerning primary and secondary agents
Qualifications Education * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Required) Experience * 5+ years Experience in Freight Forwarding, and Logistics operations (Required) and * 5+ years Experience in team management (Required) * 2+ years Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects efficiently while collaborating with teams, managing risks and budgets, and ensuring clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction. (Required) and * 2+ years Experience with global logistics operation platforms like CargoWise (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively High * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy High * Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment High * Previous experience working with Cargo Wise Medium * Professional communication verbal and written for phone/e-mail interaction Medium * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Medium |
