Job Overview

The Cloud Partnerships Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution and operational excellence of Relativity's cloud alliance strategy-particularly in partnership with hyperscalers like Microsoft and GCP. This role is focused on driving efficiency across co-sell operations, partner programs, and marketplace processes to help accelerate growth through cloud ecosystems.

You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, managing deal and program workflows, supporting partner enablement efforts, and ensuring the accuracy and visibility of key partnership data. Your work will span areas such as Azure Marketplace operations, CRM hygiene, deal registration, co-sell submission, reporting, and maintaining operational rhythm across the cloud partner landscape. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to align alliance operations with strategic goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Relativity's cloud partnerships by building the infrastructure, processes, and day-to-day execution that enable deeper partner engagement and scalable joint growth.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

Co-Sell & Deal Registration Management

  • Drive the execution of co-sell operations, including referral creation, deal registration, deal validation and coordination with Relativity's sales teams and Microsoft field sellers.

  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, seller attribution, and alignment with Microsoft KPIs through proper CRM hygiene and reporting.

PRACR Reporting & Partner Influence Tracking

  • Manage monthly PRACR submissions to capture Microsoft-influenced opportunities and track seller engagement.

  • Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to maintain reporting accuracy and support Microsoft's accountability model.

  • Identify patterns in influenced deals to inform sales enablement and partnership strategies.

GTM Execution & Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Microsoft partner managers to develop joint go-to-market collateral, solution overviews, and messaging for partner campaigns.

  • Maintain internal enablement materials for sales and customer success teams through channels like Highspot, ensuring accurate and accessible co-sell resources.

  • Track asset performance and feedback to iterate on content and improve seller engagement.

Marketplace Operations Support

  • Support Relativity's Azure Marketplace offer management, including listing updates, private offer setup, and price configuration.

  • Partner with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transacting experiences for customers and sellers.

  • Drive internal awareness and usage of Marketplace as a sales channel through training and collateral development.

Partner Program & Incentive Execution

  • Oversee execution and compliance with Microsoft programs such as IP Co-Sell, Certified Software Designation, Azure Innovate, Azure Migrate & Modernize, Transact & Grow, and Marketplace Rewards.

  • Track milestones, submission deadlines, and documentation needs to ensure ongoing program eligibility.

  • Support campaign-based incentives and rewards, coordinating internally to maximize program participation and value.

Event & Marketing Coordination

  • Assist with the planning and execution of joint marketing efforts, including webinars, campaigns, and co-branded events.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and Microsoft partner marketing to amplify Relativity's presence and promote solution awareness.

  • Maintain calendars, collateral, and engagement summaries to support visibility and follow-through across marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in partner operations, channel programs, business operations or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, processes and stakeholders with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Experience with CRM systems and partner portals/tools.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate cross-functional inputs into clear action plans or documentation.

  • A proactive, resourceful approach with a "builder" mindset.

  • A self-starter who operates with an ownership mindset, proactively identifying gaps, improving processes and following through end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, AWS Partner Network or Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$94,000 and $140,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
