Compensation: $70,000 salary with bonus potential based on performance

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating staffing needs, ensuring that shifts are filled efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including before and after office hours as well as weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and route on-call staff to shifts as needed by customers.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and operations teams through phone conversations, emails, and text messages.
  • Serve as the first line of communication for all staffing matters, including regular scheduling, availability, call-offs, and substitutes.
  • Maintain and organize a tracking and scheduling system using Microsoft or Google tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of staff to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and manage staff availability and ensure adequate coverages for all shifts.
  • Handle emergency staffing situations and provide quick resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to understand staffing requirements and address any issues.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a staffing or scheduling role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including before and after office hours and weekends.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
