The Sr Lead Process Engineer will lead a team of Process Engineers (directly or indirectly) to identify and execute on business opportunities presented by Next Gen Enterprise Transformation team, business partners and/or Executive Leadership. This position is a member of the Next Gen Enterprise Transformation organization and works across the enterprise with key stakeholders and line of business leaders. This position will provide leadership for a variety of processes, and system development programs across the enterprise and will be responsible for leading the evaluation of current people, process and technology elements and then creating recommendations for future state centered on the client and employee experience, process optimization, revenue growth, risk mitigation and cost reduction where applicable. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives through development and deployment of effective, efficient and proactive processes. Building and developing a strong Process Engineering team and cultivating the Key's culture is also an important aspect of the role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Executes on transformational efforts and act in an advisory capacity to assigned project leaders and Sr. stakeholders within a line of business on operational excellence and continuous improvement aligned to improving the client experience and meeting strategic objectives.
  • Leads end to end improvement efforts and major initiatives with focus on core business processes to deliver results aligned to strategic objectives - improved client and/or employee experience, value attainment - expense and revenue.
  • Builds relationships with key stakeholders and across enterprise to enable cooperative and collaborative achievement of business objectives.
  • Drives a culture of client centric process excellence setting the pace of change and sharing best practices across business units.
  • Identifies, advises, and delivers on solutions to complex problems, requiring a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Continually evaluates and learns new tools, processes or approaches to further the capabilities within the team to improve existing processes.
  • Strategic thinker; demonstrates the ability to anticipate client needs; ability to identify and solve complex problems utilizing strong conflict management skills.
  • Collaborates within Next Gen Enterprise Transformation and other cross-functional teams to create an atmosphere of openness and inclusiveness to deliver expected results and value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 plus years as a Business Analyst and/or Process Engineer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Previous Managerial/Leadership experience
  • Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
  • PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Process Management - process mining, design and/or data analysis
  • Agile or Lean Six Sigma approaches, frameworks, delivery experience
  • Experience with working in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Operational Excellence is a plus
