This opportunity is in the Account Services department

Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Maintaining a strong network of team leaders, our department's relationship allows for cross-training opportunities and plenty of collaboration.

Role Description:

As Associate Manager of Insurance Operations, you'll step into a foundational leadership role where you'll support the daily operations and continuous improvement of core insurance processes. You'll empower team members to thrive, ensuring professional development and performance goals are met. You'll also track key performance indicators, manage workloads, and support cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Underwriting. Qualifications:

Education:
College degree preferred, but not required.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in workers' compensation and/or property/casualty commercial lines.
• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional insurance designation such as ARM, PMP, or AIM.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and lead in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to teams with little preparation.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks under time constraints in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven skill in resolving complex situations professionally.
• Experience onboarding new employees and contributing to business process development.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $84,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
