Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Richmond, VA Carter Machinery Company - Authorized Caterpillar Dealer Join Carter Machinery's Talent Acquisition team and help us grow by hiring top talent across our organization. We're looking for a people-focused, experienced recruiter who thrives on building relationships, creating sourcing strategies, and delivering a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. In this role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, support diversity hiring initiatives, and represent Carter at career fairs and community events. This position plays a key role in helping us attract and retain top-tier talent across Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Proven success with sourcing tools and social media strategies Strong communication and relationship-building skills HR experience and background in diversity recruiting preferred If you're organized, driven, and ready to make an impact-let's talk. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and attract top talent. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage high-volume job postings across career sites Maintain candidate communication and ensure a positive experience. Represent Carter at career fairs, schools, and community events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates. Support onboarding and contribute to recruiting process improvements.
