eCommerce Professional Services Analyst

CMA CGM (America) LLC seeks eCommerce Professional Services Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia to analyze and qualify customer requirements. Position requires a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Logistics, Management, or related field with three (3) years of experience in the Logistics industry. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: Logistics industry processes and standards as a whole; freight invoicing concepts and tracking; User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process; coordinating EDI/API projects with IT; Freight Audit and Payment portals; PL/SQL; and Third Party Freight audit and payment applications. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the CMA CGM office in Norfolk, VA. *International travel required 10% to Marseille, France.
