The Opportunity

Join our team that collaborates using technology and infrastructure to deliver Adobe products through redemption code workflow and Adobe.com for various market routes and programs.

Job Description:

Manage a specialized Product Delivery Operations team supporting Adobe Sales, Business Units, and Marketing.

Lead a versatile team to develop, improve and maintain RTM and programs supporting Adobe and its Global Partnerships team. Support the team in addressing technical issues with redemption codes, promo codes, and product delivery workflows, through outstanding mentorship. Guide the team to enhance processes and infrastructure for smooth customer journeys, with a focus on conversion and retention.

What you'll do

  • Manage an independent team supporting Adobe Sales and Marketing via different routes-to-market and programs. These include Retail, Etail, OEM and Affinity routes-to-market, Employee Purchase, CSR non-profit, Complimentary Internal and External programs.
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product teams, Engineering, Fraud, Legal, and external strategic partner teams to understand the partnership and product delivery requirements of both physical and digital media.
  • Manage, coach and mentor an experienced team of six to operationalize new product launches, product changes and educate Customer Care SME's.
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins and establish an effective framework for employee growth and job happiness.
  • Ensure the team continuously improves processes that support the product delivery workflow and infrastructure which provides flexibility and scalable growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Effectively manage 3rd party product delivery vendors.
  • Guide Engineering Product Managers on CMEINTAKE JIRA tickets, in progress, to improve ARR and product delivery workflows.

What you need to succeed

  • Technical knowledge of all systems and platforms required to Operationalize outstanding product delivery workflows and customer journeys for the individual indirect routes-to-market and Adobe internal programs.
  • Outstanding leadership and communications skills required to manage multiple teams, routes-to-market and programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SSOCM, RCMT, SAP, SKU's, Microsoft products, Sharepoint
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, including 3-5 years of practical experience.
  • A clear and organized vision on how to balance new challenges and the ability to creatively solve them with limited resources.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills and ability to work across various business units and job levels to complete on a project with tight deadlines.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $128,100 -- $246,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
