Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Partners with established programs of the organization ensuring all referral partners within the community have available and efficient access to treatment services. Coordinates with other department heads, supervisor, and the Community Based Services team to facilitate efficient program access and monitor status and needs of community partners. Collaborates access efforts with supervisors, other division directors, local businesses, and other agencies and plans the most effective ways to access treatment services and present new ideas to businesses and the community. Coordinates with External Affairs and Director of Marketing for all marketing and fund raising for assigned access and outreach operations including promotional literature, public relations, meetings/presentations with business and community leaders, and other referral sources. In concert with VP of Addiction Services, division directors, other directors within the agency, and the External Affairs team, operates as a communications liaison between referral partners, State and local government agencies, and the Addiction Services Leadership Team (ASLT). Communicates updated Access and Outreach information to all community and referral partners. Updates all community partners with census information and availability of services. As part of Addiction Services Leadership Team (ASLT) collaborates to create annual and multi-year strategic plan, SWOT analysis, process/quality improvements and implementation plan for division access and outreach efforts. In concert with the Addiction Services Leadership Team (ASLT) monitors and analyzes trends impacting referrals and access and adjusts tactics as required, reporting progress quarterly through developed dashboards and implementation metrics agreed upon by VP of Addiction Services. Represents SCS and/or division by serving on a variety of organization and community task forces, advisory committees, and/or boards. Develops new business relationships within the community, provides community education and is liaison between clinical operations and community partnerships. Collaborates with External Affairs in developing training, access, and outreach materials for other agencies. Deploys community engagement strategies to ensure partner and referral source satisfaction and fidelity to Addiction Services divisional growth initiatives. Monitors quality and effectiveness of division's access and outreach services and to ensure stakeholder satisfaction with the division.
