ABOUT THE JOB:

The Senior Manager - Construction Services leads the execution and delivery of complex modular construction projects within a defined region or portfolio. This individual manages a team of construction professionals and oversees the full project lifecycle-ensuring performance in schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer engagement to deliver high-impact results and exceptional service. The Senior Manager is responsible for driving consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across all assigned projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Team Leadership & Project Oversight



  • Lead and manage a team of Construction Managers and Project Managers across active job sites and regions.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of modular construction projects from technical scoping through final close-out.
  • Ensure team adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety standards, and customer expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support on project escalations, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.


Pre-Construction and Technical Support



  • Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to evaluate project opportunities, develop scopes of work, and assess feasibility.
  • Participate in proposal development, bid reviews, and estimation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer goals.
  • Interpret plans and specifications, verify compliance with local codes, and review vendor qualifications and pricing.


Execution & Field Coordination



  • Ensure projects are executed with consistency, quality, and safety across all regions.
  • Monitor field progress, change order management, material flow, subcontractor performance, and customer communication.
  • Facilitate project meetings and reviews to drive alignment, transparency, and accountability.


Operational Excellence



  • Implement and enforce Construction Services processes, SOPs, and best practices across all project phases.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory safety standards.
  • Utilize construction management tools and systems (e.g., Procore, Salesforce, SAP) to track performance, maintain documentation, and streamline reporting.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with leadership experience overseeing multiple projects or team members.
  • Experience in modular, prefabricated, or commercial construction is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project (or similar scheduling software), and construction platforms such as Procore and Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining operational discipline and team alignment.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Regional travel required to support site execution, vendor management, and customer engagement.
