Treasury Manager

We are currently seeking a talented Treasury Manager to join our team to develop and establish a global treasury function including implementation of a treasury management platform and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and payments to ensure optimal liquidity across all operations.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow models and reports to monitor activity, liquidity, and perform variance analyses.
• Bank and Vendor Relations: Build and sustain relationships with banks, system vendors, and external agencies to secure favorable terms and services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments to enhance processes and reduce operating costs.
• Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
• Treasury Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, and drive treasury-specific projects and initiatives.
• Debt Management: Oversee debt facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants and managing related reporting.
• Cash Position Reporting: Provide daily and weekly cash position estimates and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
• International Cash Management: Efficiently supervise and manage all international cash balances.
• Payment Processing: Manage corporate card programs, ACH debits, wire transfers, and lockbox activities.
• Treasury Management Platform Implementation: Lead the selection and implementation of a treasury management platform to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CTP, CFA, or CPA designation preferred.
• Experience: 5-8 years in corporate finance, treasury management, or tax functions within a multinational company, including experience with FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications; experience with treasury management systems is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Decision-Making: Sound judgment and the ability to positively influence team decision-making.
