POSITION SUMMARY: The Winter Park Resort Community Association Manager focuses on the management of a portfolio currently consisting of two homeowner's associations. Working under the direction of the DLAM and in partnership with the Board of Directors, the CAM will oversee the day to day business of these communities. The communities managed by the Community Association Manager are comprised of the Winter Park Village Company Master Association, the Parry Peak Lofts Homeowner's Association and the Winter Park Village Commercial properties. The Winter Park Resort communities currently number 453 condominium units, 116 hotel units, and 26 commercial units. Success in this position requires a strong financial acumen, ensuring well-maintained properties with highly satisfied boards, homeowners, guests and tenants, and public speaking and presentation. The CAM will be under the direction of the Winter Park Resort Director of Lodging and Association Management. WAGE: The base salary range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resort's salary range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resort's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits. Salary pay range: $61,000 - $75,000 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
