**This position is a hybrid role based out of our Austin, TX , Houston, TX or Dallas, TX office**

About you

You are a seasoned professional seeking an opportunity to join our Valuations division-a true executive-level administrative powerhouse! With unparalleled organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail, you expertly manage executives' calendars, plan seamless travel arrangements, and support innovative business development initiatives. Your professionalism shines, especially when handling confidential matters.

As the Executive Assistant supporting our Executive Managing Directors (EMD), you serve as a vital link between various administrative teams. Acting as a liaison, you direct requests to the appropriate teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. With your natural ability to coordinate and connect, you play a crucial role in driving the success of the organization, making you an indispensable asset in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will...

  • Assist with new client development and customer care

  • Assist Executive with recruiting efforts through communications with Team Support and People Services

  • Coordinate special projects and organization of events as needed for the Executive and their team

  • Coordinate calendars and travel on behalf of the Executive

  • Review the Executive's schedule and provide the executive with necessary information/documents before meetings, conferences, and presentations.

  • Prepare presentations and any other documents needed for conferences and meetings.

  • Collaborate with relevant administrative teams and Marketing Director on social media, and other marketing related tasks according to brand guidelines.

  • Provide backup coverage for the Executive Administrator

  • Manage inbox for Executive - process bid requests, client questions, and new awards through the Client Services and Producer Solutions team

What you'll bring

  • 2-4+ years' experience in an administrative position

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing resources (people, materials, support, etc.) to get things done; you can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal

  • Advanced communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience working within databases, including CRM

  • Previous experience working within a real estate environment is an asset
