Genesis10 is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 6 month + contract position with a mortgage loan corporation located in Mclean, VA. This position is fully onsite. Summary: Responsible for overseeing and managing a range of IT & GenAI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring that all project activities align with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities: Looking for an experience technical lead to assist in managing IT initiatives and developers through project life cycles to maintain tight timelines. Comfortable working and driving teams directly associated to the project/programs as well as individuals outside the project. Be responsible for establishing relationships with these leaders to review and explain IT technology solutions. Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop formal implementation project plans, WBS, including key success metrics and milestones. Drive timelines, track and report on the WBS progress for leadership. Translate takeaways and feedback into improvement opportunities for both the technology solutions and integration processes. Success in delivering against stated objective. Work with team to develop internal program/Project standards and templates. Must haves: Bachelors year degree in Business, management, computer science or similar discipline PMP certified Knowledge of Agile Technically skilled in IT or Networking 3-7 years' experience managing the implementing technology solutions within IT/Network Understanding or experience with GenAI The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00 If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
