A fast-paced, innovative auto technology company in Houston, TX is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their General Manager-and this could be the opportunity that drives your career forward!

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends!)

Salary: $50,000 annually

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with executive support tasks including travel planning, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and draft internal communications
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files
  • Accompany the General Manager on occasional business trips
  • Provide light sales support such as client follow-up and maintaining customer records (note: this is not a sales position)

What We're Looking For



  • Fluency in Mandarin (read, write, and speak)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
