Maintenance Technician

Pay / Schedule: $19 - $21 (DOE). Monday to Friday, 10-hour day shift + OT Opportunity. At 50 hours per week, at $21/hr, earn weekly paychecks of $1,155 gross.

The Maintenance Tech plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and readiness of equipment by executing maintenance tasks aligned with the company's Maintenance Program. Working under the guidance of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician, this position supports timely equipment delivery based on operational needs. The role is essential to improving maintenance efficiency, equipment availability, and reducing costs, while strictly adhering to company standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Understanding of scheduled maintenance practices and standards.
• Accurate input and tracking of maintenance data in TLM systems.
• Ongoing participation in skill development through the TLM Competency Management System.
