Pay & Hours

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Review mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Collect and verify applicant financial data, credit reports, property appraisals, and title reports
• Ensure all documentation meets RESPA, TRID, HMDA, and bank-specific guidelines
• Serve as the liaison between loan officers, underwriters, closing agents, and customers
• Monitor the loan pipeline, update records, and maintain strong turnaround times
• Coordinate smooth, on-time closings by managing deadlines and resolving issues
• Safeguard sensitive customer information and ensure compliance at every step

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's in finance or business preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience, ideally within a banking environment
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Thorough understanding of mortgage loan products, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication with a collaborative attitude
