Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Processor with strong time management, organization, good work ethic, and flexibility to support our Customers and our Loan Officers to deliver outstanding service. The primary responsibilities include:

* Independent calculation of all types of self-employed income.

* Must be able to fund a minimum of 20 units per month while working towards the same units for the following month.

* You will need to monitor and manage the workflows to ensure timely closings.

* You'll maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions.

* You'll stay in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.

* You'll communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite mortgage process.

What you'll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your experience in processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application through selling the loan package to an investor. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

* 5 plus years of continuous and current retail Mortgage Processing experience required

* Post TRID knowledge required

* Excellent communication skills are a must

* Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines

* Strong organization skills

* Proficiency with AUS systems

* Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus

* Salesforce experience and knowledge on working within a database a plus

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Teamwork and customer service are a must

* Self-motivated and energetic

* Strong computer and technology related skills

* Must be able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handle multiple tasks
