We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Materials Sub System Technical Leader to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with project timing, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, engineering, and project management.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Project Coordination: Lead the materials sub-system team to ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and milestones
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control processes to ensure materials meet required specifications and standards
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to materials and develop mitigation strategies
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of materials specifications, testing results, and project progress
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance materials performance and project efficiency

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a project leadership role


  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in materials testing and analysis techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
