Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of -mechanical assembly operations, which include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Use of epoxies.
• Comprehends and interprets various technical specifications, terms, and documents.
• Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Bonding application, and Torque assembly tools working on small parts.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Entry-level support individual contributor.
• Work is closely supervised.
• Work consists of routine tasks.
• Explains facts and practices related to the job area.
• Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is needed.
• Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
• Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks.
• Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
• Work is of limited scope, typically on more minor, routine task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 + 10% Differential

Hours: 40 hrs/week (2^nd shift)

Length: Temp (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Electronic Assembly.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in CCA or SMT Assembly background.

• Associates Degree
• Experience in military or defense industry background
• Must have soldering skills
• Computer Skills [Excel/ERP Systems
• Good communication skills and able to follow written work instructions in English
