Sr. Business Intelligence Strategist: This job is responsible for leveraging data from internal and external sources and provide insights on complex business problems to cross-functional teams. The scope of this job includes actively optimizing database architecture, promoting data integrity principals across the organization, and developing intelligence, ad-hoc queries, and reports that impact business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with Tableau or SiSense BI tools.
- Interface with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand data needs and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as data governance advisor who supports stakeholders with scalable dashboards, tools, and analytics that empower others to self-service via well-structured insights.
- Advise and guide leadership by analyzing and communicating data-driven insights related to business objectives, strategy, and focus areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance tools and analytics and assess their impact.
- Evaluate and improve processes and systems by identifying areas of inefficiency and proposing solutions that would resolve problems, optimize metrics, and improve productivity.
- Define and document business requirements for enterprise application enhancement requests to support new business processes, and work with the application administrator team to bring the enhancements to fruition.
- Own the solution design, implementation, and delivery of specified projects, based on business needs.
- Test, validate, train, implement, and provide ongoing support of business intelligence solutions and dashboards.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8-12 years relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Home Health, Hospice & Palliative, Personal Care experience
- Inside ^above categories, experience in one of the following categories: Clinical, Financial, Operations, Regulatory reporting.
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with BI tools Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Domo, Sisense, SAP BusinessObjects, IBM Cognos Analytics, MicroStrategy, TIBCO Spotfire, Zoho Analytics, Oracle Analytics Cloud, SAS Visual Analytics, Yellowfin BI.
- Validate and specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by visits to clients and non-clients and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Accountable for current and future data products. Will partner with Solution Analyst, who is responsible for execution of Initiatives and Epics.
- Collaborate with engineering delivery manager by leading conversations to ensure team approach to product development.

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
