Associate Manager, Productivity - NORAM Operations Finance

This role will support the supply chain finance and supply chain delivery teams to package and report productivity for our North America businesses. This is a highly collaborative role requiring good partnership with cross-functional teams to establish accurate and trusted financial productivity performance reporting, while requiring strong analytical expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage productivity tracking tools
* Lead, manage, and schedule productivity pillar meetings
* Analyze and report individual project financials
* Analyze and report individual productivity pillar financials
* Analyze and report US consolidated productivity
* Analyze and report North America (US + Canada) consolidated productivity
* Analyze and report Business Unit & Brand level productivity
* Develop presentations and reports for local and global senior leadership reviews
* Develop productivity reporting packages that meet local and global productivity reporting requirements
* Conduct productivity training sessions (Lunch & Learn style) across the organization

The base compensation range for this position is $95k-115k commensurate with experience. * You have a Bachelor's Degree
* You have experience in Finance & Financial Reporting
* You have experience with User Training
* You are Solutions-oriented
* You have Microsoft Excel experience (ideally expert level)
* You have Microsoft PowerPoint experience (ideally expert level)
* You have SOP, work instruction, and Training documentation development experience
* You have Power BI experience
* You have experience with Iproview
