  • This is a Flex position for 9-11 months per year; you can use your off months to travel or visit friends and family

Are you a proactive team player with a passion for people and excellent organizational skills? We are seeking a versatile Front Desk HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth office operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding by scheduling orientations and managing paperwork.
  • Provide office support to HR and other departments.
  • Operate office equipment and manage document printing.
  • Process daily paperwork using HR systems.
  • Maintain accurate filing of employment paperwork and records.
  • Screen calls, greet visitors, and maintain professionalism at reception.
  • Handle confidential information and assist with employee inquiries.
  • Assist with employee engagement events and projects.
  • Provide non-emergency medical transport as needed.
  • Maintain department professionalism and adhere to policies.


Driving:

  • Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the outdoor industry (bonus points if within the ski industry)
  • 1 year of experience administrative field skills and computer skills
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
