Are you a skilled technician with a passion for precision and innovation? We have partnered with a leading manufacturer of robotic dispensing systems and custom automation solutions, and we're looking for a Machine Assembly Technician to join our client's dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble advanced machinery and equipment used in cutting-edge manufacturing environments. From benchtop to large-format robotic systems, your work will directly contribute to the quality and performance of the systems our clients rely on. Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr. (Based on experience) Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Assemble complex machines and equipment based on blueprints and technical documents Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems to ensure peak performance Inspect components and assemblies to meet exacting quality standards Maintain records of production work, testing results, and improvement suggestions Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes Recommend ways to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs Qualifications: 5+ years of experience assembling or troubleshooting industrial machinery Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to lift up to 50lbs High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Comfort with interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams A self-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including holiday pay, health insurance, 401K, vacation, sick days and personal days.
