Join Silgan Containers as a corporate recruiter and take the lead in hiring top talent across our manufacturing plants and corporate teams. You'll own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding, while partnering with HR and business leaders to shape the workforce behind one of North America's largest metal food packaging companies. What You'll Do:

• As a corporate recruiter, you'll lead full cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding

• Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruiting strategies with workforce planning.

• Design targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and Instagram tools.

• Write SEO optimized, inclusive job postings that drive visibility and candidate engagement.

• Track recruiting performance metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion.

• Represent Silgan at career fairs, college events, and community outreach activities.

• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines focused on experience, fit, and inclusion.

• Stay current on employment law, compliance, and recruiting technology.

• Travel up to 20 percent to support recruitment events and onsite hiring efforts.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Familiarity with recruiting metrics, candidate funnel management, and time to fill optimization.

• Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.

• A collaborative, detail oriented approach to managing multiple openings.

• SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certification is a plus.
