Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a IT Service Desk for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage and track hardware inventory
  • Image and prepare laptops
  • Ship equipment to end users
  • Support on-boarding processes and work directly with end users


Required Technologies:



  • Windows OS
  • SCCM
  • ServiceNow
  • SharePoint Online
  • Office 365
  • Experience in laptop and equipment deployment
  • Asset accountability and inventory management
  • Quick to learn new systems and procedures
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Reliable and dependable
