Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Business Planning

  • Partner with the President and Funding Department leadership to define strategic Funding-specific priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.

  • Lead the annual funding business planning process, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and performance tracking, with a focus on payer strategy, process enhancements, and improving access for customers.

  • Support funding organizational development initiatives including structure optimization and capability building.

  • Support zone-level setup, onboarding processes, and organizational accountability efforts aligned to the 2025 transformation plan and beyond.

Project Management & Transformation

  • Lead funding-specific cross-functional projects focused on funding operations improvement, digital transformation, and scalability.

  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project adoption across all business zones (e.g., reimbursement, customer support, external payer partners, etc.).

  • Deliver specific workstreams with clear milestones, KPIs, and impact metrics.

  • Manage project readiness and rollout for new ERP systems, e-Funding rework, eligibility requirement module, and authorization scoping.

Operational Excellence & Efficiencies

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality in funding operations through streamlined processes and modern systems.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, IT) to ensure alignment, manage interdependencies, and maintain transparency.

  • Lead implementation of a new performance measurement dashboard and drive visibility into pipeline health, incomplete cases, and cycle time breakdown.

  • Analyze top contributors to incomplete status and initiate targeted process improvements.

Leadership & Governance Support

  • Serve as a thought partner to the President and Funding Senior Director, supporting executive initiatives, budget oversight, and leadership team coordination.

  • Own meeting agendas, action items, and performance reporting for the Funding Leadership Team.

  • Act as the link to the Global Business Excellence & Strategy Execution team to ensure aligned governance and best practice sharing.

  • Ensure progress on the Funding Excellence roadmap by monitoring milestone completion across phases 1-4 and tracking zone-specific initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience from management consulting or similar line organization roles such as strategy, project leader, or business development

  • Broad understanding of business, organizations, and strategy development

  • Experience with leading projects

  • Leadership experience

  • Experience from companies with R&D

  • Team player and collaborative personality with good communication skills

  • Experience working with or supporting teams in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or payer/reimbursement functions is a plus

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation projects preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENT:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for zone-specific workshops, onboarding, or training rollouts
