Summary Responsible for overall Technical Department administrative functions, ensuring testing and website data is updated, and responds to customer/sales technical inquiries for all Mannington Divisions by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ? Answers phones ? Responsible for technical data and testing ? Create specifications and warranties ? Update MyMannington website ? Education and/or Experience - Minimum High School, or GED, with some college preferred. - Previous experience in Technical, flooring installation/maintenance, and/or claims. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety, environmental, and job procedures. Ability to interpret legal documentation or literature; Ability to respond to common inquiries from various levels in the organization; Ability to effectively present information on safety and environmental topics to associates and outside contractors Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Computer Skills Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc). Other Qualifications ? Solid organizational skills ?
