Employee Experience Coordinator
Oklahoma City Metro, Oklahoma
Garver is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to support the growing Human Resources needs within Garver. The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for performing fundamental administrative tasks within the Employee Experience Team. This position reports to the Employee Experience Leader and will play a key role in the day- to- day operations in Garver.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to internal and external HR customers' related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees in the Garver systems.
  • Monitor Human Resources email box, acting on or escalating requests as needed.
  • Complete employment verification requests.
  • Assist in maintaining employee data, including processing changes, auditing the data, and supporting future self- service initiatives.
  • Support HR systems by identifying process improvements, assisting with updates, and testing new features.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high- paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years' related experience required.


Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
