The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair, upgrades, and maintenance for the customers within the specific region.

Role and Responsibilities

The Performance PL role will report to the Operations Planning and Prep manager and be responsible for analyzing data that leads to availability improvements.

The role consists of looking at the performance of the EUV fleet and do breakdown/analysis of trends related to Availability and support analysis of USD's. XLD's, XSR's and MTBI hits. The breakdowns are driving through the 2nd line team on a timely matter to prevent loss of details and closure within the set boundaries. This role will also do the handshake and drive the central team to get the requested solutions in place as agreed upon.

The PL should have a strong background in project management and the ability to manage complex stand-alone projects or sub-projects in own or related competence domain or technical area. Projects typically involve a number of stakeholders and different departments, which requires understanding of the processes and interdependencies between departments. Is able to influence others.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensures the consolidated data from the 1L team through the EPC coordinator is complete and correct.

  • Assist the daily disturbance meeting where we look for quick wins on delays from the last 24h.

  • Support XLD, XSR and USD's through the timeline template with the support of 2L according to the set agreements and take the output to get priority of structural improvements for local customer.

  • Look for trends on XLD, XSR, USD and MTBI's and set the applicable priority.

  • Based on the breakdown and trends define a availability waterfall and drive the containment and/or structural solutions to be delivered by the local and/or central issue intake processes.

  • Support 100% configuration completeness on FCO/FCP with the configuration PL.

  • Report and handshake on findings/trends to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of engineering and management.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or analytics; or equivalent years of working experience.

  • 5 years of industry experience in project management or coordination or other relevant experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience leading projects with various stakeholders.

  • Technical EUV system knowledge focused on data analysis and troubleshooting preferred.

Other Information

  • Travel up to 10%.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
