The Job

The Project Manager will define, plan, manage and oversee the implementation of key corporate initiatives that are focused on elevating the experience for our members and associates. The role will be responsible for partnering across the organization (teams and stakeholders) to establish holistic customer-centric end-to-end solutions, defining project plans, manage delivery execution & mitigating risks / issues.

You Will



  • Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure successful delivery
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
  • Manage the execution of strategies through program design and implementation, ensuring strategic alignment with across organizational partners
  • Facilitate identification of program scope, manage associated project implementation, communicate progress against plan, and drive timely execution to obtain business results.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with individual projects and overall program, develop and implement mitigation strategies to remove barriers.

Your Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of related experience, including working with business stakeholders, defining project plans, and overseeing delivery execution. 2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Delivery of large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives, including change management and end user adoption.
  • Previous experience with process improvement, business analysis and/or technology delivery, preferred.
  • Strong collaboration & ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills; Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to identify dependencies, including establishing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including ability to jump into the details to help manage items to closure.
  • Experience evaluating, defining & implementing end-to-end processes & consumer-centric solutions.
  • Experience with defining & delivering customer-centric solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry.
