Overview

R&P is looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing program management, ship design, production, cyber risk management, testing, logistics, financial management, test and evaluation, configuration management, post-delivery, fleet introduction, light manufacturing, as well as maintenance and repair services to our government clients and industry partners. We need a Ship Production Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment in support of the Strategic & Theater Sealift Shipbuilding Program (PMS 385).



Responsibilities

    Assist the PMS 385 Post Delivery PAPM with deliverable tracking, task management, development of milestones and objectives, program metrics establishment/tracking, and participation in designated meetings, milestone reviews, and working groups.
  • Plan and coordinate formal Expeditionary Fast Transport (EPF) production planning reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of Navy message and correspondance related to ship production major milestone achievement.
  • Assist in the development of technical reports, briefs, point papers, documentation and responses to government data calls.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ Years' Experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of productions (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI)
