As the Senior Director of Product Management for AppExchange and AgentExchange, you'll lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for these pivotal marketplace platforms. You'll drive innovation for the Salesforce Ecosystem, foster a thriving developer and ISV community, and ensure our marketplaces deliver unparalleled value and trust to the global Salesforce customer base. What you'll do:In this role you'll shape the future of Salesforce's marketplace platforms: Strategic Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for both the AppExchange and AgentExchange, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's platform and AI initiatives. Ecosystem Development & Monetization: Lead the growth and health of a thriving two-sided marketplace ecosystem, balancing the needs of Salesforce customers and a diverse community of partners and developers. Product Execution & Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality marketplace experiences that meet the needs of the Salesforce Ecosystem. AI Focused Innovation: Guide the strategic evolution of AgentExchange, ensuring it provides a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for discovering and deploying trusted AI agents. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $251,900 to $384,100. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,700 to $351,800. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $251,900 to $384,100. |
