  • Uphold and enforce creative quality and review standards set by department leads.

Core Tasks

  • Attend and contribute to interdepartmental briefings and daily team stand-ups.

  • Route mechanicals and proofs for internal approvals via digital tools.

  • Release approved files to production and ensure accuracy of final output.

  • Proactively communicate project status and escalate roadblocks or bottlenecks.

  • Maintain transparency and visibility into the production process across teams.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in traffic/project management within an advertising, marketing, or creative environment.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills-both written and verbal.

  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack (advanced user capabilities preferred).

  • Experience with online proofing and project management tools such as ProofHQ, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.

  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team player.
