We are seeking a Manager of Change Management to join our Value Realization Office, Aon Business Services.

What the day will look like.

Apply a structured methodology (defined by Aon) to lead change management activities effectively.

Conduct and facilitate impact analyses, assess change readiness, and deliver actionable insights. Identify and proactively manage anticipated and persistent resistance to change initiatives.

Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Define success metrics and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.

Support and engage senior leaders across North America to drive successful change outcomes.

Collaborate on training and communication efforts to support smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • Minimum 5+ years leading change initiatives, with a proven hands-on success within a large corporation or management consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in using change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Knowledge of project/product management methods, tools, and lifecycles.
  • Experience in large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Strong business insight and a deep understanding of organizational challenges and issues.
  • Demonstrable experience working with senior leadership to drive strategic change efforts.
  • Ability to create content to support change efforts, including effective communication through PowerPoint presentations.
  • Must be a great teammate and able to collaborate with and through others. Capable of working effectively at all levels of an organization. Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills. Ability to influence and align others towards a shared vision or goal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $130k to $150k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
