Position Summary:
Employee Benefits Corporation is hiring for a
Partner Integration Analyst. The Partner Integration Analyst is the primary point of contact for the implementation and ongoing management of Employee Benefits Corporation's specialty distribution channel partners (i.e. insurance broker networks, private benefit exchanges and other marketplace exchanges private exchanges and insurance carriers). The position manages all aspects of the implementation and ongoing operational integration of new partners within EBC including business support and guidance with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) feeds and is responsible for ensuring ongoing service meets or exceeds expectations documented in Service Level Agreements. The Partner Integration Analyst supports planning for optimization of the partnership and continuous improvement initiatives.
This person may work in our Middleton, WI office, fully remote (Wisconsin and Minnesota locations only), or a combination of the two depending on availability.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organize and manage end-to-end partner deployment and drive successful B2B integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed implementation work plans for external integration partners, including project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Interact with third-parties, EBC Business contacts, IT Technical personnel, and EDI ETL Developers to gather all requirements (specific plan design, file specifications, contracts) for successful integration of services. Obtain EBC business approval on all non-standard file requests
- Develop documentation, communicate with, and train EBC personnel related to partner implementation and data integration plans
- Work with business development and onboarding for both pre- and post-sale planning and implementation
- Minimize and proactively address risk associated with partner implementations and data integration
- Act as primary point-of-contact for all partner activities, communications and client issue escalations. Coordinate with EBC business areas to identify and remedy post-production file integrity issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline; may be substituted with Associate's Degree coupled with four years directly relevant experience
- Two years' project management experience utilizing project management tools and methodology in a professional office setting
- Self-starter with aptitude to work with ambiguity and limited direction
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and conflict resolution
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills to include diplomacy, empathy, influencing and negotiation
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio
- Possession of valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Basic working understanding of SQL, or a willingness to learn it
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in health insurance or benefit plan administration industry
- Experience with testing and implementing EDI files
- Relationship management experience
- Benefits administration systems experience
- Experience working with Section 125, Section 105, COBRA or health insurance products
- Certificate in Flexible Compensation (CFC) designation
- Intermediate proficiency with SQL
- Basic proficiency with SQL SSIS
