Job Description
Provides advanced HR support, acts as a subject matter expert for complex inquiries, and mentors junior representatives while improving processes.
Job Responsibility
1.Address complex HR inquiries requiring indepth expertise.
2.Serve as a liaison between team members and HR specialists.
3.Mentor and train junior representatives.
4.Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
5.Support HR projects such as policy rollouts.
6.Maintain knowledge base for HR Support Center.
7.Maintains an average of at least 55 experiences handled per shift
Job Qualification
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
*Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred
*3-5 years prior technical experience, preferred in HR support with expertise in escalations
