Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22-$27 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (some daily OT and weekend availability may be required)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Inspect parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to blueprint and drawing specifications
  • Perform incoming product inspections using AQL sampling plans
  • Ensure all products meet QC standards, engineering specs, and customer requirements
  • Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, hardness testers, optical comparators, and other inspection tools
  • Program and operate CMM (FARO/ROMER arm knowledge a plus)
  • Record and report non-conformities and assist in root-cause investigations
  • Read and interpret MTRs and mechanical/heat treatment certifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quality records
  • Follow OSHA and safety protocols (PPE required)
  • Collaborate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives

What You Bring



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and reading technical documents
  • Knowledge of industry standards (ANSI, ASME, ISO 9001 preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with machine shop processes, ECNs, and GD&T a plus
  • Solid Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
  • Positive attitude, ethical mindset, and a collaborative spirit
