Description

The Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst for (ICAM) Identity, Credential, and Access Management, also referred to as IAM (Identity Access Management) will design, implement, and maintain systems controlling user access to networks, applications, and data.

Responsibilities:

- Manage user identities, authentication processes, and authorization protocols for secure access.

- Create, update, and deactivate user accounts based on organizational needs.

- Utilize IAM platforms like Okta or Saviynt to build workflows and automation.

- Configure and enforce access policies to align with security standards.

- Conduct rights and roles reviews for systems to ensure user access reconciliation.

- Ensure IAM platforms are in compliance with regulations.

- Troubleshoot access issues and provide timely resolutions for users.

- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure.

- Evaluate and recommend new IAM tools and solutions to enhance security and efficiency, when necessary.

- Document IAM processes and maintain accurate records for audits.

- Train staff on security best practices and IAM policies.

- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate access-related vulnerabilities.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Degree may be substituted for 5+ years commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) or related technology area preferred.
  • Experience with risk assessment, policy development, and implementation.
  • Experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta) and enterprise systems and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
