  • Serve as the company's internal expert on ADP Workforce Now; leverage system capabilities to drive automation and improved payroll accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and audit practices to support compliance and minimize risk.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate employee data flow and alignment across systems.
  • Oversee and manage all payroll-related reporting, including tax filings, year-end processes, and audits.
  • Train, develop, and lead a high-performing payroll team; provide mentorship and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on payroll best practices, legal requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-state payroll, including experience navigating M&A environments.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and internal controls.
