Pay: $36.05 per hour Position Summary The primary duties and responsibilities of the Audiovisual Lead position are to lead the Audiovisual team under the supervision of the IT Help Desk Manager, be a mentor for service technicians, and provide technical expertise for the delivery of audio-visual services to the Rosalind Franklin University community. This position will perform hands-on functions, especially in the areas of audio-visual service delivery, customer service, and training. This position is full-time on-campus and not remote. This is a bargaining unit position.
