Job Description:

The Well-Being and Benefits Manager plays a critical role in creating a workplace culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered. This role leads the development and implementation of holistic well-being initiatives and integrates them with the firm's broader efforts in inclusion, equity, and social impact, leveraging Crowe's benefits offerings. The manager will work cross-functionally-including close collaboration with the Communications and Inclusion and Impact teams -to develop dynamic, inclusive programs that meet the evolving needs of our people and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of a firmwide well-being strategy that reflects Crowe's strategy and values, in alignment with its inclusion and impact priorities.
  • Develop innovative, inclusive programs and initiatives that address physical, emotional, social, financial, and professional well-being, while considering the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Build people leaders' capability to foster psychologically safe, healthy, and inclusive team environments with tools and training they can use to support the well-being of their teams.
  • Maintain and evolve a comprehensive well-being support model, leveraging internal functions and external benefits providers.
  • Design and manage tools to quantitatively assess employee well-being and inclusion outcomes, utilizing surveys, utilization data, and feedback loops.
  • Use quantitative tools to analyze data to identify opportunities for enhanced usage of benefits and disparities across employee populations, and to shape interventions.
  • Prepare and present well-being summary reports, highlighting outcomes, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the firmwide Communications team to deliver impactful messaging and storytelling around well-being and opportunities to maximize available benefits to enhance well-being.
  • Co-create internal campaigns and awareness initiatives that elevate engagement, visibility, and belonging.
  • Serve as a liaison between Inclusion and Impact (including the Crowe Foundation), Communications, and other departments to ensure alignment and amplify shared goals.
  • Work closely with Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to tailor programming and support that reflects the unique needs and perspectives of diverse employee communities.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, Inclusion and Impact team members, Crowe Foundation trustees, HR, and BRG leaders.
  • Act as an internal consultant, offering strategic guidance and best practices on fostering a culture of well-being and inclusion.
  • Manage the well-being program budget and contribute to funding proposals when appropriate.
  • Seek innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance program impact, including external partnerships.
  • Track emerging trends and external campaigns at the intersection of workplace well-being and inclusion (e.g., Mental Health Awareness Week, Global Inclusion Day).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Relations or similar field
  • Demonstrated expertise in workplace well-being, with a clear understanding of inclusion and psychological safety principles.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, employee engagement, or change management.
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis on employee data, including surveys, utilization data, and other datasets
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies and wellness/inclusion campaigns.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, project execution, and data-driven program evaluation.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $99,000.00 - $202,500.00 per year.
