At McGraw Hill, the Manager of Growth Marketing is a high-impact role central to driving measurable business growth through innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You will lead efforts to generate and nurture qualified leads, design customer-focused campaigns, and implement lifecycle marketing programs that boost adoption and retention. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape best practices for digital marketing and campaign reporting through collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our organization's marketing efforts.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This position is open to 20% travel throughout the year.

What you will be doing:

  • Optimize and oversee lead generation processes to consistently increase the quality and quantity of marketing-qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute high-level marketing campaigns, including acquisition, lifecycle, eCommerce, and cross-sell strategies ensuring measurable success.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to create a holistic personalization strategy driving meaningful customer engagement.
  • Design and implement A/B testing initiatives across campaigns and the website to enhance performance.
  • Utilize data platforms like Adobe Analytics and Salesforce to analyze and optimize digital marketing effectiveness and report on results.
  • Contribute to efforts to optimize the marketing technology stack, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Mentor team members and guide external agencies to align with strategic goals.

You should apply if you have:

  • Bachelors Degree (Marketing preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience working in a B2B marketing organization(s).
  • 2+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing roles, with proven success driving acquisition and engagement.
  • 2+ years of experience working in digital campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, SEMrush, Domo/Tableau).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly develop campaign requirements for technical and creative teams.
  • The ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and use that information to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and SaaS models.

The pay range for this position is between $71,300 - $110,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
