At McGraw Hill, the Manager of Growth Marketing is a high-impact role central to driving measurable business growth through innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You will lead efforts to generate and nurture qualified leads, design customer-focused campaigns, and implement lifecycle marketing programs that boost adoption and retention. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape best practices for digital marketing and campaign reporting through collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our organization's marketing efforts. The pay range for this position is between $71,300 - $110,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
