Value entities across the healthcare provider and life science industries for financial reporting purposes, management planning, and regulatory compliance purposes. Provide fair market value analyses relating to C-Suite compensation packages, debt valuations and embedded derivatives. Develop and leverage industry relationships for business development purposes. Explain and defend valuation concepts to diverse audiences and to experts at various clients. Participate in teaming efforts with KPMG's Tax and Advisory go to market efforts to drive cross functional revenue to clients. Supervise, mentor, and facilitate the development of consulting skills for staff including valuation principles, communication, time management, and client product delivery.

WORKSCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics,Finance, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field and 2years of related work experience or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent inEconomics, Finance, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Mathematics, or a relatedfield and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have two years of experience withthe following: valuation opinions in the healthcare or life sciences sector;valuing entities in the healthcare provider and health plan industries forfinancial reporting purposes including ASC 350, 805, 820 and 718; valuingentities in the healthcare provider and health plan industries for managementplanning and regulatory compliance purposes including Stark Law andAnti-Kickback Statutes.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 20%

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from thejob location, depending on business need.
