Under moderate supervision develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs. Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Three (3) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis. Domicile: This position will be based in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA or Plano, TX. Relocation assistance is available. Preferred skills: Must be organized, detail oriented, and have facilitation skills. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
